Tuesdays/Thursdays - Restorative Yoga Online
7:30 - 9 pm
1st Tuesday and 3rd Thursday of each Month
$15/class or $80/six class Relaxation pass

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that helps restore balance to the mind, body and spirit.  During a class, students are typically led through four to six different poses.   Poses are held for longer periods of time and props such as blankets, bolsters and pillows are used to hold students in positions of comfort and ease.  This gentle opening and supported “letting go” facilitates the release of tension and deep relaxation.  In this more balanced state the immune system is better supported and the body’s natural healing abilities work much more effectively.  The classes are gentle and appropriate for everyone.  For this online Restorative format, a list of suggested props will be sent out prior to class.

A 60 minute gentle class that incorporates stretching, mindful movement and breath awareness.  Register through the Fitness Firm.  Fitness Firm


Fridays - Hatha Yoga All Levels Online
9:30 to 10:30 am
$15/drop-in or $60/five class pass

In this 60 minute class we explore poses and movements that use awareness of body and breath to cultivate flexibility, strength and balance.
